Cancellations
All confirmed orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may allow a cancellation, and the amount paid will be converted into store credit.
Our store credit has no expiry, and you can place a manual order with us anytime—just let us know you’ll be using your store credit.

Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
