Where do you deliver and how much are the charges?
We currently deliver within Klang Valley! Delivery charges depend on the area/postcode, which will be calculated at checkout.

Can I pick a specific delivery time?
Choose your delivery slot: 10.30am-2pm, 2-4pm, or 4-6pm.
Exact delivery timings within these windows may vary depending on local traffic and route planning.

Do you deliver to units or inside malls/hotels/restaurants?
Delivered to car-accessible lobbies/reception or drop-off points only (drivers cannot go up to units or inside malls).

Can I order for today?
Yes! Same-day ordering is available every day except Tuesdays (we are closed). Please ensure your order is placed by 2:00 PM to choose from our available same-day products.

Can I walk-in to purchase?
Yes, you can walk in and purchase directly at our PJ store, or WhatsApp us beforehand to enquire. To secure specific items or favorites, especially whole cakes, we strongly recommend pre-ordering online before your visit.

Why can't I select certain date/time options?
If a specific date or time is greyed out, the product is either sold out for that day or it is past the ordering cut-off time.

How long can the cake last?
Most of the items can last 2-3 days if stored properly (depending on the item).

For travel or commuting, we don’t recommend car rides longer than 1 hour. If you’re using a cooler bag with dry ice or ice packs, we suggest keeping travel time under 2 hours for best quality.

Do you provide cooler bags?
Only the ice cream cakes come with a FREE cooler bag with your order. However, there's an option to purchase a cooler bag from the store or to add to your pickup order!
