Delivery charges depend on the area/postcode, which will be calculated at checkout.

Only the ice cream cakes come with a FREE cooler bag with your order. However, there's an option to purchase a cooler bag from the store or to add to your pickup order!

Most of the items can last 2-3 days if stored properly (depending on the item).

For travel or commuting, we don’t recommend car rides longer than 1 hour. If you’re using a cooler bag with dry ice or ice packs, we suggest keeping travel time under 2 hours for best quality.

We highly encourage pre-ordering to ensure availability.

Whole cakes are strictly by pre-order only and not available for walk-in purchase.
